just filed chapter 13. have not met with creditors. i want too amend my 13 chapter. for a car repair bill overcharged.holding my car hostage. can i add this bill too chapter 13, get my car back?

Furthermore, the Chapter 13 bankruptcy process is very complicated and handling it yourself is NOT a good idea.
