If you took on the debt and you are a legal adult, then debt collectors will go after you, not your Mom, assuming you do not pay what you owe. What your mother claims on her tax return has no effect on this.

If you are a legal minor, in most states you will not be held legally liable for any medical debts you incur because as a minor you cannot enter into contracts. If you live in one of those states, then your mother is obligated to pay your medical debt and debt collectors will go after her for the money if she does not. (Again however, this fact has nothing to do with her tax return information.) However, in some states minors can be held liable for their medical debt depending on the nature of the medical care they received.
