Calling on a Sunday Afternoon

NCO called on a Sunday afternoon today,which is a serious violation of my state and federal laws.The call center is located in India!!! I quickly asked him my he called on a Sunday afternoon.His response was that's its Monday, I quickly told this employee that its Sunday and that he was in violation of my state and federal laws.I then told him that I will filed a complaint against his company and NCO to my State's Attorney General on this violation and told him to "cease and desist" all communication.
