I was involved in a business up to February of this year I left when I discovered my business partner was buying in the raw material processing it and selling thru a different account as a different product which is VAT exempt now the bank have started to write to me and phone me looking for half a ten thousand euro overdraft that I know nothing about, am I liable?>
