can a credit card company take my car if they get a judgement against me its all i have and will loose my work and not be able to go to doctor with out it.

Angel,

We would love to be able to tell you, "Don't worry your car is safe."

However, if you have a judgment against you it's really important that you at least talk with a bankruptcy attorney to find out what property you own is safe from the judgment creditor, as well as to find out what property you own may be at risk.

We recommend you get aa free consultation with a bankruptcy attorney who can answer your question based on your individual situation and the laws in your state, as well as to discuss your options for dealing with this judgment.
