When a creditor gets a judgment against you, the judge usually allows the creditor to charge interest on the amount of the judgment that is unpaid. If I understand you correctly, a creditor won a $1300 judgment against you, but you have been told that the total amount you must pay is $1500. The additional $200 may be interest charges.

Have you read the judgment to determine if the creditor is entitled to collect interest? If you don't have a copy or if what it says is unclear, ask the clerk for the court where your hearing was held for clarification or ask the creditor who got the judgment to explain why you must pay $1500 rather than $1300.
