Advise Them And Still They Call Me

by Belinda
(Mansfield, TX)

Why do they continue to harass me? What can I do?
When I call them to let them know I may be there by 7:00 before they close if not I will be there on Saturday.

And still they call me on Friday like if I never called. This is all the time.

I call the office where I make my car payments and let them know if I can not get there to their office to pay them buy the time they close at seven, because I get off at six, and they close at seven, it takes me maybe an hour to get there.

And if I get to leave the office at six I can try to be there by seven if not, I will come in on the next day saturday to pay. I call them at least 2 days (all the time) before Friday and still they call me on Fridays like I never called.

I get mad with them because if they read their notes they would not, have any reasons to call me. If I was a bad debt I can see them calling. But I am not a bad debt to them. I am sound and solid in paying my car payments owe to them.
I made a payment on Saturday May 23rd right at about there open time. And as I was there in their office to pay them they were already calling me, and they left me a voicemail. I was mad and they knew it.

I told them the time before this last payment
to not call me and not to call my job nor my references and if they do I will file a complaint. I guess it still didn't matter and they continue to harass me. What can I do?

Belinda, who is calling you? Is the auto lender or a collection agency?

The Auto Lender
by: Belinda King

I get mad with Auto Lender because if they read their notes, they would not have any reasons to call me. If I was a bad debt I can see them calling. But I am not a bad debt to them. I am sound and solid in paying my car payments owe to them.

What can I do?

I told them to take me of their calling list and if I get a phone call from them I will file a complaint for harrassment.
